    Eight years in private industry supporting Federal and State flood hazard mapping initiatives. Twenty years with FEMA serving as the Operational Lead for the risk MAP program, the mapping operations lead supporting all technical Risk MAP procurements, and subject matter expert in NFIP regulatory mapping, FEMA mapping guidelines and standards, and served in over 15 Presidentially-declared disasters.

  • Beth Norton, GISP

    CO-FOUNDER, Managing Partner, Dollar Diva

    Six years in private industry supporting Federal flood hazard mapping initiatives. Eighteen years with FEMA serving as subject matter expert in NFIP regulatory mapping, Floodplain Management, Letters of Map Change, GIS, IT, procured and managed over $450 million in complex Federal contracts, and served in over 10 Presidentially-declared disasters.

    Three years in State Government experience in flood hazard and drought analyses. Twenty-five years with FEMA overseeing policy and program development for flood hazard mapping including Cooperating Technical Partners, 2D modeling, and GIS disaster support.
